Demi Lovato tied the knot with singer-songwriter Jordan 'Jutes' Lutes on Sunday in Southern California. The 32-year-old Sorry Not Sorry hitmaker and her 34-year-old beau opted to stray from tradition in one part of the wedding. A source told People that instead of following the gendered norm of having the groom recite his vows first, the couple played rock, paper, scissors to decide who would go first. In 2021 Demi notably came out as nonbinary and announced her new pronouns as 'they/them.
