The footballer celebrated the occasion with a glitzy party at London's Core restaurant in Notting Hill, with A-List pals Tom Cruise, Eva Longoria and Guy Ritchie among those in attendance. Taking to Instagram to share a gallery of black and white images, David couldn't contain his smile as wife Victoria gave an incredible speech.
