Former Man United star sent off for 'DISGUSTING' stamp on opposition player's stomach
Former Manchester United talent Hannibal Mejbri has received a straight red card for a violent stamp on an opposition defender's stomach. The Tunisian progressed through the Red Devils academy after joining from Monaco under 17s in 2019 for a fee of around £8million. He made his first appearance for United in the 2020-21 campaign having become a mainstay in the under 23s. The midfielder never got a foothold in the Red Devils side under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer or Erik ten Hag, despite developing during loan spells at Birmingham City and Sevilla.
