Hardman, 26, posted a carousel of photos from throughout the year via Instagram on Tuesday, December 31, including a snap of him and Swift, 35, from her Eras Tourthemed party earlier in the month. The party, which was planned by Swift's boyfriend and Hardman's teammate, Travis Kelce, went down on December 18.
