'The Boys' Spinoff 'Vought Rising' Ordered at Prime Video, Jensen Ackles to Star as Soldier Boy
Jensen Ackles is giving fans of The Boys more of his character, Soldier Boy, this time in a spinoff called Vought Rising. On Friday, the 46-year-old actor surprised the audience at San Diego Comic-Con by coming out and announcing that not only will he return as the hilariously out-of-touch anti-hero Soldier Boy in season 5 of The Boys -- aka the final season -- but he will soon lead a prequel for Prime Video revolving around his character in 1950s New York City.
